You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and have a knack for identifying their needs and challenges. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside sales, support, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. You are proactive and take initiative to solve problems before they escalate, demonstrating a commitment to your customers' success. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you will be the primary point of contact for our top customers after the implementation phase. You will work closely with them to understand their unique fleet operations and challenges, providing tailored advice on how to leverage Samsara's platform effectively. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, support, and product, to address customer needs and feedback. You will also play a key role in onboarding new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition to using our solutions. Your insights will help shape product development and enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
