What you'll do
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you will be the primary point of contact for our top customers, guiding them through the post-implementation phase and ensuring their success with our IoT platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and help them customize our solutions to meet their specific needs. Your role will involve regular check-ins and strategic discussions to assess customer health and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
