AppZen is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to oversee implementations of their Expense Audit product. You'll collaborate with global teams to ensure customer success. This role is based in Pune.

You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in managing implementations for software products. You understand the importance of delivering projects on time and within budget, and you have a knack for coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desirable
Experience in the expense management or audit domain is a plus, as it will help you understand the nuances of the product you will be managing. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will also be beneficial in streamlining processes and enhancing team collaboration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of AppZen’s Expense Audit product for US-based customers. You will lead project planning sessions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives and timelines. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to facilitate smooth project execution. You will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Additionally, you will gather feedback from customers post-implementation to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction with the product.
