You have a strong background in implementation processes, ideally within the software or technology sector. Your experience includes managing customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the implementation lifecycle. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate challenges effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
You are familiar with ERP systems and have a good understanding of how they can be leveraged to improve operational efficiency. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are committed to driving customer satisfaction through successful project delivery.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Analyst at OpenGov, you will manage new customer implementations from start to finish, ensuring that each project is delivered on time and meets the client's expectations. You will provide guidance and support to customers during the initial data requirements gathering phase, helping them configure the OpenGov platform to suit their needs. Your role will involve training administrators and assisting with any technical configurations necessary for a successful launch.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the implementation are aligned with customer goals. This includes collaborating with product teams to make solution recommendations that maximize the value of the OpenGov platform. You will also be responsible for monitoring the implementation process, addressing any challenges that arise, and ensuring that customers are fully equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
