OpenGov is hiring an Implementation Consultant to manage end-to-end implementation projects for new customers. Job Description
Who you are
You have experience managing implementation projects, ideally in a technology or software environment — you understand the nuances of guiding clients through complex processes and ensuring their success with new systems. Your strong communication skills enable you to interact effectively with government officials and staff, helping them become successful administrators of OpenGov software solutions.
You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. You thrive in environments where you can take initiative and drive improvements, and you are passionate about empowering others to succeed.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Consultant at OpenGov, you will manage the end-to-end implementation projects for new customers, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the process. This includes gathering data requirements, configuring the technical platform, and training administrators on the software. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for new customers deploying OpenGov or expanding their implementation, ensuring effective communication and smooth deployment.
You will interact directly with government officials and staff on a daily basis, guiding them through the implementation process and empowering them to become successful advocates of OpenGov software solutions. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements and pain points, and you will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met effectively.
