Who you are
You are an active PhD graduate or Postdoc pursuing a degree in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, physics, computer science, or another scientific discipline. You possess exceptional mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities that enable you to tackle complex challenges in quantitative finance. Your programming proficiency in Python or C++ allows you to design and implement various components of research systems effectively.
You have experience in solving data-intensive problems and have demonstrated your ability to complete statistical or applied mathematical research. Participation in mathematical competitions, such as the IMO or Putnam, showcases your intellectual curiosity and competitive spirit. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to grow your knowledge of quantitative finance through teamwork and exploration.
What you'll do
As a Quantitative Researcher at Aquatic Capital Management, you will work closely with a team to develop a variety of signals, models, and strategies for trading in global financial markets.
