You are a highly analytical individual with a background in math, physics, computer science, statistics, or electrical engineering. You possess a persistent drive to improve and a creative problem-solving mindset, allowing you to combine knowledge from different domains to generate new ideas. You thrive in collaborative environments, understanding that teamwork can lead to greater outcomes than individual efforts. Your experience includes setting up research frameworks and executing projects, giving you a solid understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and microstructure. You are proficient in low-level computer languages such as C++, Python, and Java, and you have the ability to solve complex problems by understanding the nuances of these languages.
What you'll do
As a Quantitative Researcher at Radix Trading, you will focus on identifying trading opportunities while working on various projects with different collaborators over a six-month period.
