You possess strong domain fluency in life sciences, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams alike. You thrive in collaborative environments, working horizontally across analytics, engineering, product, finance, legal, and commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What you'll do
As the Director of Delivery & Operations, you will take direct ownership of active Life Sciences deliveries, serving as the primary execution lead on priority engagements. You will be responsible for building the Life Sciences operating model and ensuring that all projects are delivered with speed, quality, and credibility. Your role will involve structuring delivery processes, solving real-time problems, and collaborating with various teams to align on project goals and strategies.
