You are a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the life sciences sector, particularly in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. With a proven track record of closing enterprise deals, you understand the complexities of the healthcare landscape and how data-driven solutions can transform organizations. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with senior-level executives and build lasting relationships. Your experience in originating and shaping sales strategies will be crucial as you establish a direct sales motion for Arcadia.
You have a deep fluency in data, analytics, and evidence-based solutions, which allows you to effectively articulate the value of Arcadia's offerings to potential clients. Your ability to navigate the development lifecycle of pharma organizations will help you identify opportunities and tailor solutions that meet their needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the founding direct seller for Arcadia's Life Sciences commercial function, responsible for originating, shaping, and closing enterprise relationships. You will hunt for new opportunities, leveraging your extensive network to identify potential clients. Leading senior-level discovery conversations, you will scope and price solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure that the solutions delivered align with client expectations. Your goal will be to establish a repeatable direct sales motion that generates consistent pipeline and closed revenue.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the delivery of solutions is seamless. Building strong executive-level relationships will be key, as you aim to position Arcadia as a strategic partner in the life sciences sector. Over the first year, you will focus on closing multiple enterprise or multi-year deals, with clear expansion potential, while also helping to define the hiring plan and structure for scaling the direct Life Sciences sales organization.
