What you'll do

As the Director of Life Sciences Compliance, you will be responsible for developing and managing Datavant's GCP compliance program. This includes ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices while working closely with life sciences, medical device, and pharmaceutical industry customers. You will serve as the primary compliance leader for our life sciences initiatives, collaborating with auditors and partners to ensure our solutions meet rigorous standards.

You will design, implement, and report on compliance programs, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership on compliance matters. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and assessment of compliance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to enhance compliance effectiveness. You will also play a critical role in training and educating team members on compliance standards and practices, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
