You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of maintaining strong project hygiene. You are proactive in identifying potential blockers and are not afraid to escalate risks when necessary. Your communication skills allow you to prepare for client meetings effectively, ensuring that all documentation and follow-ups are handled with care. You are ready to take ownership of scoped tasks and deliverables, demonstrating your commitment to the success of your projects.
What you'll do
In your first three months, you will build a working knowledge of Arcadiaβs platform and data workflows. You will own scoped tasks and workstream deliverables with guidance, maintaining strong project hygiene throughout. You will support client meetings by preparing necessary documentation and following up on action items to ensure progress. As you gain experience, you will identify blockers early and escalate risks with appropriate context to your team.
By the six-month mark, you will independently manage assigned workstreams and deliverables within the enterprise. You will act as a trusted partner for enterprise customers, linking your work to their desired outcomes. You will anticipate and mitigate data, project, and cross-functional risks before they impact the implementation process. Your contributions will include process improvements and mentoring peers, demonstrating your readiness for the Enterprise Implementation Manager role.
