What you'll do

In your first three months, you will build a working knowledge of Arcadia’s platform and data workflows. You will own scoped tasks and workstream deliverables with guidance, maintaining strong project hygiene throughout. You will support client meetings by preparing necessary documentation and following up on action items to ensure progress. As you gain experience, you will identify blockers early and escalate risks with appropriate context to your team.

By the six-month mark, you will independently manage assigned workstreams and deliverables within the enterprise. You will act as a trusted partner for enterprise customers, linking your work to their desired outcomes. You will anticipate and mitigate data, project, and cross-functional risks before they impact the implementation process. Your contributions will include process improvements and mentoring peers, demonstrating your readiness for the Enterprise Implementation Manager role.
