Who you are
You have 2+ years of progressive experience working in client-facing roles, interacting with high-level stakeholders such as C Suite executives, VPs, and Directors. Your demonstrated project management experience has equipped you with the skills to handle complex tasks efficiently. You possess hands-on experience in data analysis, enabling you to drive process efficiencies and improve sales strategies. Your familiarity with tools like Salesforce showcases your ability to manage customer relationships effectively. You are passionate about business and enjoy mapping out solutions that meet client needs. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to learn from seasoned professionals in the field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work strategically with Enterprise Account Executives to drive sales activity through the early, middle, and late stages of a deal. Your responsibilities will include conducting prospect research and executing tailored email and phone outreach to engage potential clients. You will set and conduct discovery calls, logging and tracking your daily activities to ensure a smooth sales process. As you progress, you will map out prospect organizations and conduct targeted outreach to identified stakeholders, providing valuable intel to the AEs from your continued research. You will nurture relevant contacts and participate in MEDDPICCs, creating action plans in collaboration with the AEs. In the late stages of sales, you will prepare external presentation materials alongside the AEs and coordinate with the account management and launch teams for proper handoff of clients. Your role is crucial in generating closed-won business and supporting the overall sales strategy.
