Rescale is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and manage key accounts. You'll engage with executives and senior leaders to influence technology investments. This role requires strong sales skills and a proactive approach to pipeline development.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth. Your experience includes prospecting and developing relationships with key stakeholders, allowing you to influence decisions at the executive level. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable engaging in technical discussions with clients, ensuring they understand the value of the solutions you offer.
You are an entrepreneurial self-starter who excels at creating your own pipeline while also leveraging a well-developed lead generation engine. Your ability to coordinate activities across various teams within the organization is key to executing successful account plans. You are results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual quotas.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rescale, you will be responsible for prospecting and driving sales at named and territory accounts within your assigned sales region. You will engage with executives and senior business leaders to provide sales consulting and influence their investment in Rescale's technology. Your role will involve developing and coordinating Target Account Plans for major identified opportunities, ensuring that you align resources effectively to meet client needs.
You will work closely with pre-sales engineers, benefiting from a 2:1 resource ratio, while also being educated on the technical aspects of the solutions you sell. This knowledge will empower you to have meaningful conversations with all customer points of contact. You will create 60% of your own pipeline, demonstrating your proactive approach to sales and account management.
