Arcesium is seeking a Manager for their MCA team to oversee financial reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and corporate accounting principles.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong command of financial reporting standards, with expertise spanning US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory reporting frameworks. Your ability to navigate differences and ensure compliance across multiple reporting regimes is a key strength. You demonstrate deep technical proficiency in corporate accounting principles, including complex accounting transactions, consolidations, equity accounting, and financial statement preparation across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions. Your experience supports critical accounting close cycles, including monthly close processes, quarterly close procedures, and year-end close activities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with various accounting standards. You will lead the team in preparing financial statements and managing the accounting close cycles. Your expertise will guide the organization in navigating complex accounting transactions and consolidations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all financial reporting aligns with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
