Your attention to detail ensures that all billing is accurate and timely, in accordance with contract terms. You are proactive in identifying billing exceptions and adjustments, ensuring that all financial transactions are handled with precision. You are familiar with sales and use tax applications, as well as VAT, and can navigate the complexities of tax compliance effectively. Your collaborative nature allows you to work well with colleagues across various departments, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success.

Desirable

Experience with financial technology firms or similar industries is a plus. Familiarity with accounting software and tools will enhance your ability to perform in this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing, managing various billing types including recurring, milestone-based, and usage-based billing. You will review billing exceptions, credits, rebills, and adjustments to maintain the integrity of the billing process. Your role will also involve maintaining billing master data and ensuring customer setup accuracy. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with federal, local, and state tax regulations, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. You will play a key role in preparing financial reports and ensuring that all accounting practices align with industry standards and regulations.
