You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in financial technology. You are skilled in distilling product visions into actionable roadmaps and feature specifications, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your ability to gather requirements and articulate business cases is complemented by your analytical mindset, allowing you to evaluate product progress rigorously.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with technologists to translate product specifications into design and eventual product outcomes. Your proactive ownership and intellectual curiosity drive you to continuously seek improvements and innovations in product offerings. You understand the importance of market research and competitive analysis in shaping product strategy and ensuring that the product meets the needs of sophisticated financial institutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will contribute to the product vision for Arcesiumβs Investor allocation & accounting product. You will distill this vision into a comprehensive product roadmap and detailed feature specifications through effective requirement gathering and solutioning. Collaborating with technologists, you will ensure that the product specifications are accurately translated into design and development phases. You will articulate the business case, ROI, budgets, and timelines, communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including clients.
You will rigorously evaluate the progress of product features in-flight by leveraging created test cases and ensuring compliance with the product specifications and overall vision. Conducting market research and competitive analysis will be key to informing your decisions and strategies. Your role will also involve continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product aligns with market needs and client expectations.
