You have 3-6 years of experience in a technical role, demonstrating your ability to tackle complex problems with innovative solutions. Your expertise in APIs and authentication allows you to navigate the intricacies of enterprise platforms, understanding key concepts such as tickets, groups, and approvals. You thrive in collaborative environments, bridging the gap between technical and enterprise needs while cultivating relationships with stakeholders.
Your familiarity with various enterprise platform paradigms equips you to build a deep understanding of how platforms can be customized, influencing integration design decisions. You feel most at home when working alongside data, engineering, and customer success teams, ensuring that all aspects of the product align with user needs and business goals.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Analyst at Moveworks, you will play a pivotal role in developing the 3rd party integration strategy. This includes investigating, planning, and executing new integrations with ITSM, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and IGA platforms. You will work closely with engineering teams to inspire and support them in achieving their goals through collaborative project definition and milestone development. Your insights will help ensure that designers understand customer pain points and can rapidly test their ideas.
You will also support the deployment team in helping customers realize product value quickly, ensuring a seamless experience as they integrate Moveworks into their operations. Your ability to analyze and interpret data will be crucial in driving product improvements and enhancing stakeholder experiences.
