You have a strong background in product implementation and customer onboarding, ideally with experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients allows you to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to drive successful product adoption. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience with cloud-based software solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with appointment booking systems and customer relationship management tools. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve processes, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly with customers to define their requirements and guide them through the onboarding process for Zenoti's software solutions. You will conduct product demos and solution reviews, ensuring that clients understand how to leverage the platform to streamline their operations and increase revenue. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials and resources to assist clients in their implementation journey. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and enhancements, collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that client needs are met.
