You bring a deep understanding of user needs and a commitment to creating trustworthy experiences that resonate with learners.

As a Senior Product Designer II, you excel in collaboration and communication — you coach peers and model strong teamwork habits, contributing to a culture of excellence and integrity within the design organization. Your ability to empathize with users drives your design decisions, ensuring that the products you create are not only functional but also engaging.

You thrive in environments where feedback is valued, and you actively seek opportunities to improve both your work and that of your colleagues.

You will be responsible for creating high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications that guide the development process.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs — your ability to communicate effectively will be key in advocating for user-centered design principles. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and helping to elevate the overall quality of the design work.
