Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience managing large accounts. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for identifying new revenue opportunities within existing customer bases. Your ability to engage with executive stakeholders and IT teams sets you apart, as you understand the nuances of enterprise-level decision-making. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies, ensuring that you meet and exceed your targets. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. You are passionate about technology and understand how to communicate its value effectively to diverse audiences.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS sales or familiarity with project management tools is a plus. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a history of successfully closing high-value deals. Your ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs will be crucial in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, serving as their main point of contact. You will hunt for new business opportunities while managing existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include developing and leveraging customer champions to expand usage within new teams and departments. You will engage with executive stakeholders to understand their needs and align Asana's solutions with their business objectives. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to mitigate churn risk and ensure that customers derive maximum value from Asana's platform. You will also collaborate with the Marketing team to drive user adoption and engagement through targeted campaigns. Your efforts will be instrumental in powering Asana's revenue engine, and you will be expected to consistently scale the business while maximizing value for customers.
