You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with stakeholders across Customer Success, Operations, and Product Marketing Management to design impactful training programs. Your data-driven approach enables you to align training with business goals effectively, ensuring that every initiative you undertake drives meaningful behavior change and enhances customer outcomes. You possess a passion for facilitating engaging learning experiences, whether in-person, virtual, or self-paced, and you are committed to the professional and personal development of others. Your adaptability and creativity allow you to navigate the complexities of a global team, ensuring that all members can work together seamlessly.

Desirable

Experience in program management and certification development is a plus, as is familiarity with customer journey mapping and success metrics. A background in designing training materials and assessments will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of Asana’s post-sales customer journey and success motions. You will be responsible for designing and facilitating engaging training experiences that span onboarding, ramp, and continuous skill development. This includes creating and managing certifications, assessments, and assets that define what excellence looks like for the team. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with business objectives and that they effectively address the needs of the customer success team. Your role will also involve analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. You will play a crucial part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
