What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to Asana’s Head of Product and lead the design and research teams. You will co-create a vision for the organization that aligns with Asana's mission to help humanity thrive by enabling the world’s teams to work together effortlessly. You will develop and implement strategies that foster collaboration and creativity within your teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in growing future design leaders and ensuring that design excellence is maintained across all projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design is integrated into every aspect of product development. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
