What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with various teams across Asana to provide legal support for procurement activities, ensuring that vendor contracts align with company policies and legal standards. You will review and negotiate contracts, advising on risk management and compliance issues. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline vendor onboarding processes, making sure that all legal requirements are met efficiently. You will also contribute to the development of legal strategies that support Asana's mission and objectives, working closely with the Managing Commercial Counsel. Your role will involve staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, providing training and guidance to teams on legal best practices. You will help foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the organization, ensuring that all team members understand their legal obligations.
