What you'll do

In this role, you will greet all visitors to the Asana office with a calm and helpful demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed. You will manage the sign-in process for guests, adhering to Asana's Guest Policy to maintain security and organization. Handling incoming packages and mail will be part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring timely distribution or proper storage. You will also manage office materials, including deliveries, keycards, and parking passes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the workplace. Taking pride in the office's appearance, you will ensure that common spaces and meeting rooms are well-maintained and inviting. Additionally, you will perform opening and closing duties of the office, playing a crucial role in the daily operations of the workplace.
