Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results through effective SEM strategies. Your deep expertise in value-based bidding and modern AI-driven SEM capabilities sets you apart as a leader in this field. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop a holistic digital strategy that aligns with the company's marketing vision.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to leverage data to inform your decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Your experience with experimentation at scale enables you to test and refine strategies continuously, ensuring that your efforts drive efficient sign-ups and revenue growth. You are comfortable managing high-budget programs and have a knack for budget allocation and campaign architecture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve one of Asana's most critical growth channels, leading the paid search strategy for the AMER region while collaborating with regional experts to adapt global strategies for local market dynamics. You will plan, launch, and scale SEM programs that drive efficient sign-ups and downstream revenue impact. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing budget allocation, and optimizing bid strategies to ensure the success of your campaigns.

You will work closely with a media agency, acting as the subject-matter expert representing paid search to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and Finance. Your strategic leadership will be complemented by hands-on ownership of campaign execution, ensuring that every aspect of your programs is optimized for performance. You will also define and implement best practices for landing page optimization and experimentation, driving continuous improvement in your campaigns.
