You have 3+ years of experience managing paid ads on platforms like Facebook and Google — you've developed a keen understanding of audience targeting and market trends that inform your strategies. Your proficiency in Ads Manager and Google Ads allows you to launch effective campaigns that align with business goals.

You possess a strong analytical mindset and are confident working with data — monitoring performance and running A/B tests to optimize ROI is second nature to you. Excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with creative teams, ensuring that visuals and copy resonate with target audiences.

Adaptability is one of your strengths, especially in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments — you thrive on the challenge of staying current with platform changes and best practices in digital advertising. What you'll do
