Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in managing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Your expertise in AI-driven search strategies allows you to push the boundaries of traditional marketing, ensuring that you stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

You possess a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to partner effectively with teams in Analytics, Product, Data Science, and Finance. Your ability to align optimization signals with business goals ensures that your marketing strategies are not only innovative but also data-driven and results-oriented.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the search program end-to-end, owning the account structure, campaign taxonomy, bidding strategy, and budget/pacing strategy. You will architect Performance Max campaigns, applying AI to enhance performance and quality while leveraging platform AI and custom automation for various tasks, including query mapping and asset generation.

You will design and run structured experiments to test hypotheses and measure effectiveness, maintaining an experiment registry to codify learnings and scale successful strategies quickly. Your focus on building a rigorous testing framework will elevate measurement and signal matters, ensuring that your campaigns are optimized for success.
