Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on enterprise solutions and a strong understanding of customer needs. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys building products from the ground up. Your technical fluency allows you to communicate effectively with engineering teams, and your customer obsession drives you to create solutions that truly meet user needs. You have experience with AI-driven workflows and understand how to integrate technology into business processes to enhance productivity.

You are entrepreneurial in spirit, eager to take on the challenge of defining a new business line within Asana. You possess strong go-to-market instincts and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches. Your ability to conceptualize and iterate on product features is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that guide product development.

Desirable

Experience in the Work Management category or similar fields is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enterprise settings will help you excel in this role. You are also comfortable with user research and can translate insights into actionable product strategies.

You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Your role will involve working closely with engineering and design teams to conceptualize and launch new product features that improve team productivity.

You will take part in every aspect of product management, from strategy development to execution. This includes conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities, defining success metrics, and iterating on product features based on user feedback. You will also collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of the new product line to potential customers.

Your entrepreneurial mindset will be crucial as you incubate this new business line, ensuring that it aligns with Asana's overall mission and vision.
