Asana is seeking a Product Owner for their Revenue Technology team to manage tools and systems that drive growth across various business functions. You'll work with Salesforce and other technologies to ensure effective operations. This role is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work schedule.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product ownership, ideally with experience in managing tools and systems that support sales and customer success teams. You understand the importance of aligning technology with business needs and have a knack for triaging requests and addressing issues effectively. Your experience with Salesforce and other revenue-related tools makes you a valuable asset to the team. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements and improvements. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that systems are functioning optimally to support business objectives.

Desirable

Experience with additional tools such as Clari, Outreach, and partner portals is a plus. Familiarity with revenue operations and a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable navigating complex systems and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the systems and tooling needs for the Revenue Technology team, ensuring that the tools used by Sales, Partnerships, Renewals, and Customer Success are functioning effectively. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize requests, triaging issues as they arise. Your role will involve facilitating enhancements in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the technology supports the growth and scale of Asana's go-to-market efforts. You will review current requests and work on optimizing the tools and systems to better serve the business needs. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams you support, making you a key player in driving revenue growth.
