You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in enterprise software, where you've successfully translated customer needs into actionable product strategies. Your strong product intuition allows you to conceptualize and launch features that enhance team productivity and collaboration. You possess deep customer empathy, enabling you to understand and prioritize user needs effectively. You are skilled in working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your experience includes managing product roadmaps and iterating on features based on qualitative and quantitative insights. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at integrating feedback from various stakeholders to refine product offerings. You are passionate about building technology that drives positive change and fosters a culture of belonging.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the structuring of work in Asana through custom fields and task types, which are vital to our strategy of supporting diverse workflows. You will develop features based on customer needs and manage the fields & types platform and its roadmap. Collaborating closely with R&D teams, you will integrate structure into their features, ensuring that the product meets the evolving needs of our users. You will take part in every aspect of product work, from strategy to process improvements, conceptualizing and launching new features that enhance the overall user experience. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product decisions, as well as defining success metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives. You will also work with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and go-to-market strategies. Your contributions will directly influence how millions of teams around the world work together more efficiently.
