What you'll do

In this role, you will define and manage the product vision and strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business objectives. You will lead quarterly and annual planning sessions, setting clear goals and tracking metrics to measure success. Your role will involve collaborating closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. You will actively participate in the agile product development cycle, authoring user stories and managing the backlog to reflect customer needs and business priorities. You will champion the voice of the customer across all initiatives, synthesizing customer needs and pain points to inform product decisions. Your ability to build intimate institutional knowledge will span all teams and functions within the company, allowing you to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

What we offer

Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $155,000—$185,000 USD, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will work in a hybrid environment out of our New York City office, contributing to a culture that values collaboration and innovation.
