What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the technical direction for projects aimed at predicting contact volume and scheduling support agents. You will develop forecasting interfaces and data pipelines that enable the creation of optimal schedules based on business constraints and team preferences. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of support teams at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world.

You will lead the design and implementation of interfaces that collect and store critical data, ensuring compliance with labor laws and other constraints. Your contributions will enhance the overall functionality of the workforce management platform, making it easier for companies to manage their support teams effectively.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will also focus on MLOps, working to improve the deployment and iteration of machine learning models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software meets the needs of users while maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.
