What you'll do

As an Experienced Software Engineer at Stytch, you will partner with leadership to ensure that product experiences are best-in-class. You will architect solutions across the technology stack and oversee the design and execution of your team's projects. Your role will involve working on critical projects on the product roadmap, contributing to the overall success of the company. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow into future leaders. You will also be involved in designing for the future while building for the present, making trade-offs when necessary to deliver value quickly.
