Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Decagon, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the tools that empower customers to create and optimize their AI agents. You will collaborate with the Agent Software Engineering and Product Management teams to understand current workflows and design elegant abstractions and interfaces that simplify complex engineering tasks.

You will lead the development of features that enhance the user experience, ensuring that our platform remains intuitive and accessible to both technical and non-technical users. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold the highest standards of software quality.

You will also engage in discussions about system architecture and design, contributing your insights to improve the overall performance and scalability of our platform. As part of a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of best practices in software development.
