Assured is hiring a Principal Engagement Manager to lead large-scale enterprise implementations and drive strategic value for clients. This role requires collaboration across Executive Leadership, Engineering, and Sales to ensure delivery excellence.

You have a proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise engagements, with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes. Your experience in designing and optimizing engagement frameworks allows you to build repeatable methodologies that scale effectively. You excel in stakeholder alignment and have a knack for ensuring clarity throughout the implementation process. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Executive Leadership, Engineering, and Sales, to drive measurable outcomes for clients.
You understand the complexities of claims processing in the insurance industry and are passionate about modernizing these processes through technology. Your ability to navigate the challenges of onboarding new clients and ensuring their long-term success is a key strength. You are adept at leading teams and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, driving onboarding programs for new clients and ensuring delivery excellence. You will design and optimize engagement frameworks that scale, building repeatable methodologies for success. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure milestone clarity and alignment throughout the implementation process. You will also be responsible for evolving delivery frameworks to adapt to the dynamic needs of the clients and the industry.
You will work closely with the Engineering team to ensure that the software solutions provided meet the needs of large insurers. Your role will involve continuous improvement of processes and methodologies to enhance client satisfaction and drive strategic value. You will be a trusted partner to clients, guiding them through the complexities of claims processing and helping them leverage technology to improve their operations.
