What you'll do
As the Principal Product Manager for Engagement at Upstart, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing user activity and retention. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for user engagement, ensuring alignment with Upstart's overall growth objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.
You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and implement features that enhance the user experience.
