What you'll do

As a Senior Electrical Engineer on the Avionics team, you will take ownership of the architecture for avionics systems, leading the design of sub-systems that are critical to satellite operations. You will drive discussions on key design trades and collaborate with engineers across the organization to develop innovative solutions. Your role will involve architecting, designing, and developing space and radiation tolerant electronics that ensure the reliability and performance of our satellites.

You will be responsible for overseeing the integration of various avionics components, ensuring they work seamlessly together to support communication, power distribution, and sensor aggregation. Your expertise will guide the team in making informed decisions about design choices and trade-offs, ultimately contributing to the success of our satellite missions.

You will also engage in continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and reliability. Your leadership will help mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
