Astranis is hiring a Master Scheduler to lead the production control function and develop achievable production plans. You'll work closely with stakeholders to manage complex schedules in the satellite communications industry.

Who you are
You have a strong background in scheduling and production management, with the ability to filter complex schedules into simple, understandable targets. Your experience allows you to navigate under-constrained problems with large data sets, ensuring that you can converge on a path forward even in challenging situations. You are detail-oriented and stay aware of the status of multiple projects, spotting potential problems before they escalate. Your leadership skills enable you to gain buy-in from key stakeholders and work effectively with company leadership and production resources.
What you'll do
As the Master Scheduler at Astranis, you will be responsible for creating and owning the production schedule across all programs. You will lead the Production Control function, ensuring that plans are not only ambitious but also achievable. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to execute these plans, pushing the limits of what is possible while maintaining a focus on practicality. You will be the central point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and will work to streamline processes to enhance efficiency across the organization.
