Who you are

You have a strong background in project scheduling, particularly with Primavera P6, and are adept at managing timelines for large-scale construction projects. Your experience includes collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure project milestones are met and aligned with overall goals. You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to perform schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation plans effectively.

You are detail-oriented and proactive, conducting regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance against the schedule. Your ability to lead critical path reviews with stakeholders ensures that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at coordinating scope alignment with various trades and internal teams to maintain schedule accuracy.

What you'll do

As a Project Scheduler at Crusoe, you will develop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for our hyperscale data center initiatives. You will collaborate closely with construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs and ensure alignment with overall project goals. Your role will involve performing schedule risk assessments and supporting mitigation planning to address any potential delays.

You will conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and validate contractor performance against the established schedule. Leading critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders will be a key responsibility, ensuring that everyone is informed of project status and any necessary adjustments. You will generate schedule reports and support the project controls team with analytics and forecast updates, providing insights that drive project success.

Your expertise will also be crucial in coordinating scope alignment with trades and internal teams to ensure schedule accuracy. When challenges arise, you will provide recovery plans and corrective action guidance to keep projects on track. Your contributions will directly impact Crusoe's mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through sustainable technology.
