What you'll do

As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the various functions within the Revenue organization, including Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will attend weekly executive meetings and quarterly Board Meetings, providing insights and updates on key initiatives. Your responsibilities will include driving cross-functional programs to completion, ensuring that all teams are aligned with the company's growth and retention goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO, helping to shape the narrative for executive discussions and strategic planning sessions. Your role will also involve monitoring performance metrics and providing recommendations for improvement, ensuring that the organization meets its ambitious revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with various departments to foster a culture of accountability and transparency, enabling teams to work together effectively towards common goals.
