Who you are
You have a proven track record in operational roles, ideally within fast-paced B2B environments — your experience has equipped you with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex organizations. You excel in aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed effectively. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders, from sales to marketing to customer success. You thrive in dynamic settings and are adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring that the revenue team remains focused and aligned on key objectives.
Desirable
Experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar position is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their application in sales and marketing. A background in data analysis or revenue operations can also enhance your effectiveness in this role, enabling you to track KPIs and drive data-informed decisions.
What you'll do
As the Chief of Staff to the CRO, you will act as a critical execution force-multiplier, ensuring that the revenue team is aligned and that priorities are moving forward. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators and facilitating cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational rigor. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and ensure that everyone is working towards common goals.
