Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally within a technology or marketing context — you excel at breaking down complex problems and delivering actionable insights that drive product strategy. Your expertise in SQL and data analysis tools allows you to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders — you understand the importance of translating data into clear narratives that guide product development. Your experience with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms equips you to measure product performance effectively and identify areas for improvement.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on innovative projects that leverage AI and machine learning — your passion for technology and data-driven decision-making drives your success in this role. You are a strategic thinker who can align product insights with business objectives, ensuring that your recommendations contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Desirable

What you'll do
As a Senior Product Analyst at Attentive, you will be the resident expert on AI products, measuring results and delivering insights that inform product development and strategy. You will collaborate closely with product managers and the executive team to provide recommendations based on data analysis, ensuring that product launches and enhancements are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing product performance metrics, conducting user research, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights — you will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. You will also be responsible for developing dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on real-time data.
