Attentive is hiring a Lead Product Manager for their Data Platform Experience team. You'll own the evolution of the Enhanced Attentive Tag and work closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to create intuitive data experiences. This role requires strong product management skills and experience in data platforms.

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, particularly in data platforms, and have successfully led initiatives that bridge product design and technical architecture. Your experience includes translating complex data infrastructures into user-friendly experiences that empower both marketers and internal teams. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure product reliability and user satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You are data-driven, using insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences. You understand the importance of data transparency and observability in building trust with users and stakeholders.

What you'll do

As the Lead Product Manager for Data Platform Experience, you will own the evolution of the Enhanced Attentive Tag, which is crucial for data collection and activation within our ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement features that simplify complex data processes, ensuring that our platform remains user-friendly and reliable. You will collaborate with engineering to enhance system observability and alerting capabilities, making sure that our data platform meets the highest standards of performance and trustworthiness. Your role will involve gathering user feedback, conducting market research, and defining product roadmaps that align with company-wide initiatives. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior product managers and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
