What you'll do
In this role, you will own the vision and strategy for enhancing API experiences within MongoDB Atlas. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement a roadmap that ensures a frictionless integration process for customers. Engaging with high-profile clients, you will gather feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and drive customer success. You will also be responsible for creating prescriptive guidance on leveraging automation tools to scale Atlas usage effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that product features align with customer needs and market trends. You will participate in project kickoffs and workshops, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
What we offer
MongoDB provides a competitive salary range of $140,000—$275,000 USD for this role, along with comprehensive benefits including parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, and mental health counseling.
