You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI or marketing technologies. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives forward. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your strategies. You are passionate about creating personalized customer experiences and have a track record of delivering impactful products.
Desirable
Experience in AI or machine learning products is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer engagement strategies will help you excel in this role. A background in e-commerce or digital marketing can provide valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences.
What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager for AI Journeys, you will own the product vision and strategy, transforming shopper intent into highly personalized messaging at scale. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch innovative features that enhance customer engagement. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points, ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with market demands.
