What you'll do

As a Software Engineer I on the Onsite Customer Growth team, you will play a crucial role in developing features that help Attentive’s customers grow directly on their websites. You will focus on delivering faster list growth through investments in creative capabilities and leveraging AI to optimize performance. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with your team to design, build, and enhance backend systems that power onsite experiences for millions of users.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of the systems you work on. You will also have the opportunity to learn about AI-driven personalization and how it impacts customer engagement and retention. Your role will involve working closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the features you develop meet customer needs and drive business results.
