Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in machine learning engineering, particularly with large-scale models and advanced AI techniques. Your background includes working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and you are familiar with methodologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Few-Shot Learning. You possess strong skills in Prompt Engineering and Fine-Tuning, enabling you to optimize AI solutions effectively. Your expertise also extends to Semantic Search and Knowledge Distillation, allowing you to create intelligent data extraction systems and personalized insights for users.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy pushing the boundaries of technology to solve complex problems. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you an invaluable team member. What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing advanced AI/ML solutions that enhance AuditBoard's product offerings. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning to build features such as chat systems and agentic workflows that improve user experience. Your work will involve applying cutting-edge techniques to enhance intelligent data extraction processes, ensuring that our solutions are both effective and user-friendly.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to integrate AI capabilities into existing products. Your responsibilities will include designing experiments to test new features, analyzing results, and iterating on your designs based on user feedback. You will also be involved in mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge of machine learning best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
