Overview

AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations to lead a high-performing Marketing Operations team. You'll partner with the CMO to drive marketing operations excellence and optimize team performance. This role requires strategic thinking and operational expertise.

You have a proven track record of leading marketing operations teams and driving strategic initiatives — your experience includes partnering with senior leadership to execute marketing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer, guiding key marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will lead cross-functional projects that span various marketing functions, driving collaboration and ensuring that all initiatives are executed seamlessly. Your focus will be on optimizing marketing processes and enhancing team performance, enabling your team to deliver high-quality results consistently.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in marketing operations, ensuring that the team has the tools and resources needed to succeed. You will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
