Who you are
You have a proven track record of 5+ years in marketing leadership roles, specifically with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Your experience includes developing and executing marketing plans that drive significant pipeline growth and revenue. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to leverage data effectively to inform marketing decisions and strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you are passionate about building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams. You understand the nuances of vertical markets and can tailor marketing approaches to meet the unique needs of high-value accounts.
Desirable
Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus, as you are eager to explore how they can enhance marketing effectiveness. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
In your first three months, you will immerse yourself in understanding Clutch's customer base and top-of-funnel marketing strategies. You will conduct an audit of current marketing tools and assess headcount needs to build a robust marketing team. You will deliver a prioritized roadmap that outlines the future direction of marketing at Clutch, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress in collaboration with the sales team. As you settle into the role, you will implement a scalable ABM playbook designed to drive top-of-funnel engagement and accelerate deal closures. You will lead the recruitment and hiring of key marketing roles to strengthen the team and enhance capabilities.
