You possess a strong understanding of marketing technology stacks and have successfully defined and led multi-year roadmaps that enhance operational efficiency. You are adept at establishing operational frameworks that ensure data accuracy and scalability across marketing channels.
What you'll do
As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will define and lead the strategic vision for Newselaβs marketing operations. You will oversee the end-to-end Marketing Technology stack, ensuring it aligns with the company's growth targets and marketing objectives. Your role involves establishing operational standards that create measurable efficiency across all marketing channels and go-to-market teams.
You will partner closely with senior GTM leadership to ensure that systems and reporting frameworks support high-velocity growth. Your responsibilities will include driving the analytics and operations roadmap, enhancing data models, and ensuring that marketing operations are scalable and effective. You will lead a high-performing team, providing strategic and analytical leadership to evolve the Marketing Operations function.
